Privacy Policy

• Account data: your email address, name and avatar if you sign in with Google.
• Profile data you enter: target role, industry, experience level, timezone and language preference.
• Documents you upload: resume and CV files, and any job description text you paste.
• Product data: interview transcripts, answer scores, generated reports, study plans and flashcards.
• Operational data: timestamps, feature usage counts and error diagnostics needed to run the service.

Your data is used to deliver the features you asked for: analysing your resume, generating interview questions grounded in your background, scoring your answers, producing reports, and showing your progress over time. We also use aggregate, non-identifying usage counts to understand which features are worth improving.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Interview and resume features send the relevant text to our AI model provider to generate questions, scores and rewrites. Only the content needed for that request is sent. Your documents are not used to train publicly available models. See our AI Disclaimer for how to interpret AI-generated output.

• Resume files are stored in a private storage bucket that is not publicly readable.
• Every application table enforces row-level security scoped to your account, so one user cannot read another user's rows.
• Data is encrypted in transit over TLS and encrypted at rest by our hosting provider.
• Administrative access is limited to the operators who need it to run and support the service.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual resumes, interviews and reports at any time from your dashboard. When you delete your account, your profile, documents, interviews and reports are removed from our production database, and backups age out on our provider's standard cycle.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email privacy@intervboost.in and we will respond within 30 days.

We use only the cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in and to remember your theme and language preference. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and notify signed-in users in the product.
